I Am Legend Sequel

I Am Legend was welcomed by both the critics and the public. So now they want to cash in on the success by making a prequel to I Am legend (not a sequel because how the first movie ended...):

We have a fantastic prequel idea…we’re still trying to work through a couple of bumps in the story. It’s essentially the fall of the last city – the last stand of Manhattan. The movie would be… within the body of the movie D.C. and then Manhattan would fall as the last city. It’s a really cool idea trying to figure it out…there’s a reason why we have to take a small band and we have to get into D.C. So we have to make our way from New York to D.C. and then back to New York.

I disapprove this decision: I am afraid this I Am Legend Prequel will be but a let down compared to I Am Legend...

I just learned that there was an alternate ending for I Am Legend, and I found it on the web at (should check only if you watched the movie already though):

It's the first time I watch an alternate ending for a movie. And in this case I can but agree with the official choice of the production: this alternate ending is just lame...

Anyway, if you did not watch the movie yet, I strongly recommend you to go to the cinema!

I Am Legend - Leaked Trailer

A leaked version of the international trailer of Will Smith's upcoming movie 'I Am Legend' has been made available.

Some people had been saying this is one more remake (watch the original Last Man on Earth) not worth to be watched: they were wrong, the movie really looks promising !

I Am Legend Teaser Trailer

Once a brilliant scientist, Robert Neville is the last man alive. Even he was not able to stop a plague caused by a terrible man-made virus.

Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York and maybe the world.

Well, he's not exactly alone: by night he has to fight against blood-thirsty vampires, evill results of the virus.

I will be glad to watch this movie but actually it's a remake from an older film now in public domain, the Last Man on Earth.

Last Man On Earth

I Am Legend is an upcoming science-fiction movie starring Will Smith.
The film is an adaptation of Richard Matheson's 1954 novel I Am Legend.
One more adaptation actually...

To my viewpoint the adaptation with Vincent Price in 1964, The Last Man On Earth, was a real masterpiece! It's now domain public, so enjoy it here:

I hope Will Smith will be at least as good as Vincent price.
